  • Your name or contact name
  • Email address
  • Subject and content of your message

Please avoid sending sensitive personal data or information that is not necessary for the relevant communication unless there is a legitimate reason and a specific channel has been provided for that purpose.

  • HTTP request information and User-Agent
  • System logs
  • Error, performance, and security information
  • Cookie identifiers and cookie consent preferences

Some of this information may not identify an individual on its own but may constitute personal data when combined with other information.

2.3 Qoo Data Hub and WordPress Plugin Requests

Certain Qoo Radar services, including Qoo Stock Token Toolkit, connect to Qoo Data Hub at:

https://api.qooradar.com

to request information such as Stock Token metadata, Reference Prices, on-chain metadata, and historical price series.

Requests may contain technical information necessary to provide the service, including:

  • Stock Token symbols, such as AAPL or NVDA
  • Requested data range, such as 1 day, 7 days, or 30 days
  • Historical data interval
  • Requested API endpoint
  • Generic software User-Agent
  • IP address of the WordPress server making the request
  • Date and time of the request

Qoo Stock Token Toolkit is designed so that communication occurs directly between the WordPress server and Qoo Data Hub.

The plugin does not directly connect to Robinhood APIs, Robinhood Chain RPC endpoints, or Chainlink infrastructure.

The plugin is not designed to transmit WordPress usernames, member account information, wallet addresses, private keys, or personal information about website visitors to Qoo Data Hub.

However, Qoo Data Hub may receive network and technical information that normally accompanies HTTP/HTTPS communication, including the server IP address, request path, timestamp, and User-Agent.

Depending on the circumstances, Qoo Radar may process personal data based on one or more of the following legal bases:

  • Consent
  • Necessity for the performance of a contract or steps requested before entering into a contract
  • Compliance with legal obligations
  • Legitimate interests, including security, prevention of misuse, service availability, and service improvement
  • Other lawful bases permitted under applicable data protection laws

Where processing is based on consent, users may withdraw consent through the available channels.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Website may use cookies and similar technologies to support normal Website operation, remember user preferences, maintain security, and analyze Website usage.

Users may review, accept, reject, or modify cookie preferences through the Cookie Banner or consent settings available on the Website.

Qoo Data Hub and Qoo Stock Token Toolkit are not designed to place behavioral tracking cookies on website visitors as part of market data requests.

However, a WordPress website using the plugin may use cookies from WordPress, its theme, other plugins, or other service providers according to the settings of that website owner. Such use is outside the control of Qoo Radar.

Additional information about cookies used by qooradar.com is available in our Cookie Policy.

7. Third-Party Services and Providers

Qoo Radar may use or connect to third-party services that are necessary for operating the Website, Qoo Data Hub, APIs, data tools, or software.

For Qoo Stock Token Toolkit, the external service contacted by the plugin is:

Qoo Data Hub
https://api.qooradar.com

Qoo Data Hub is operated by Qoo Radar and provides supported Stock Token Reference Prices, on-chain metadata, historical observations, and related data to the plugin.

Qoo Stock Token Toolkit does not directly connect to Robinhood APIs, Robinhood Chain RPC endpoints, or Chainlink infrastructure.

To provide supported Stock Token data, Qoo Data Hub may read publicly available information from:

  • Robinhood Chain
  • Stock Token smart contracts
  • Chainlink Price Feeds
  • Blockchain node, RPC, network, or other technical infrastructure used to access public on-chain data

These upstream requests are made by Qoo Data Hub infrastructure, not by the browser of a website visitor.

The plugin is not designed to transmit WordPress account information, wallet addresses, private keys, or personal information about website visitors to Robinhood, Chainlink, or blockchain infrastructure providers.

Infrastructure providers contacted by Qoo Data Hub may receive technical information normally associated with network communication, such as the IP address of the Qoo Data Hub server, request data, timestamps, and User-Agent information, depending on the service used.

Processing performed by third-party infrastructure providers is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms.

8. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

We may disclose personal data only where necessary to parties such as:

  • Website hosting and server providers

  • Network, API, blockchain node, RPC, oracle, and other technical infrastructure providers related to the operation of Qoo Radar services
  • Technical consultants, auditors, professional advisers, or other necessary specialists
  • Government agencies, courts, regulators, or other parties where required by law

Third-party service providers should receive only the information necessary to perform their relevant functions or as required by law.

Qoo Radar does not have a policy of selling users’ personal data to third parties.

9. International Data Transfers

Some technology, infrastructure, or data providers may store or process information through systems located outside Thailand.

Where personal data is transferred internationally, we will seek to handle such transfers in accordance with applicable laws and use appropriate safeguards where required.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal data and technical information only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, legal compliance, system security, and protection of the rights of Qoo Radar or others.

In general:

  • Contact information may be retained for up to 2 years following the most recent communication unless legal, dispute, or operational reasons require longer retention.
  • Technical information, HTTP request logs, server logs, security logs, and usage information may be retained for periods reasonably necessary for system administration, security, error investigation, and service configuration.
  • Cookie consent records may be retained as necessary to demonstrate and manage consent.
  • Market data and historical market observations stored by Qoo Data Hub may be retained for extended periods because such information is intended to support historical data services and is not intended to identify individuals.
  • Information that must be retained under applicable law will be kept for the legally required period.

When personal data is no longer required, we may delete, destroy, or anonymize it as appropriate.

11. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and administrative measures intended to help protect information from loss, unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or unauthorized disclosure.

Such measures may include:

We may request additional information to verify identity before processing a request.

Requests may be refused where permitted by law, including where they may adversely affect the rights of others or where information must be retained for legal purposes.

13. Children’s Information

Qoo Radar provides information and services relating to business, finance, technology, capital markets, and digital assets.

Our services are not specifically designed to collect personal information from children.

Where a minor submits personal data to Qoo Radar, any consent or processing of that data must comply with applicable legal requirements.

14. External Links and Services

Articles, research, and tools may include links to third-party websites, reports, documents, research publications, APIs, or services for reference or further research.

Qoo Radar does not control how those third parties collect, use, or protect information.
