Terms of Use
Effective Date: July 16, 2026
Last Updated: October 10, 2026
These Terms of Use apply to access to and use of qooradar.com, including articles, content, data, images, tables, charts, documents, tools, Qoo Data Hub, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), WordPress plugins, and other services operated under Qoo Radar.
In these Terms, “Qoo Radar,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the owner and operator of qooradar.com and related Qoo Radar services.
“Services” refers collectively to the Website, content, tools, Qoo Data Hub, APIs, WordPress plugins, and other functionality made available by Qoo Radar.
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.
1. Nature of Qoo Radar
Qoo Radar publishes information, research, and analysis relating to developments in finance, technology, business, capital markets, digital assets, and related subjects.
Qoo Radar may also develop and provide data tools, software, APIs, and WordPress plugins, including Qoo Data Hub and Qoo Stock Token Toolkit, to help users access, display, and study information more efficiently.
The Services are provided for informational, research, and educational purposes.
Qoo Radar is not a securities exchange, trading platform, financial institution, broker, investment adviser, fund manager, or custodian of user assets.
Qoo Radar does not request or hold users’ private keys or custody user assets.
The current version of Qoo Stock Token Toolkit is a read-only information tool and does not place trades or sign transactions on behalf of users.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
Users agree to use the Services in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, and good-faith practices.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Website, software, data systems, service providers, operations, or applicable laws.
Continued use of the Services after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms unless applicable law requires otherwise.
3. Use of Information and Services
Users may read, reference, and use information for education, research, and their own decision-making.
However, users should independently verify information against primary or authoritative sources and assess its suitability for their own circumstances before making decisions relating to business, finance, investment, law, tax, or other significant matters.
Information, prices, charts, percentage changes, rankings, and other data displayed through Qoo Radar should not be relied upon as the sole source for decisions that may result in significant financial or other consequences.
Additional limitations relating to the use of information are described in our Disclaimer.
4. Qoo Data Hub, APIs, and Software Services
Qoo Radar may provide data and software services through Qoo Data Hub at api.qooradar.com, APIs, WordPress plugins, and other software products.
These Services may provide information such as:
- Stock Token metadata
- Reference Prices
- On-chain metadata
- Token Contract Addresses
- Chainlink Price Feed information
- Multipliers
- Oracle update information
- Historical price series
- 1D Change where sufficient historical data is available
- Other data or functionality that Qoo Radar may introduce in the future
Qoo Radar may modify, add, remove, or discontinue API endpoints, data fields, refresh intervals, polling intervals, cache policies, technical specifications, or service structures when reasonably necessary.
We may impose rate limits, request limits, or other technical restrictions to maintain system stability, security, and fair availability for users.
The availability of a Service or feature without charge at any particular time does not guarantee that all Services or features will remain free indefinitely.
However, changes to service pricing or access conditions do not affect rights already granted to users under applicable Open Source licenses for software that has already been released.
5. Reference Data and Price Information
Prices displayed through Qoo Radar, Qoo Data Hub, or Qoo Stock Token Toolkit are provided as Reference Data for informational purposes.
They are not guaranteed execution prices and do not represent a promise that any asset can be bought or sold at the displayed price.
For supported Stock Tokens, Qoo Data Hub may read the Reference Price from the relevant Chainlink Price Feed available on Robinhood Chain.
Displayed prices may differ from those shown by an exchange, broker, issuer, market data provider, or other website due to factors including:
- Different data sources or methodologies
- The time at which an Oracle or Price Feed was updated
- The time at which Qoo Data Hub retrieved the data
- Bid/Ask spreads and liquidity on the actual trading venue
- Caching and refresh intervals
- Calculation or aggregation methodology
- Market status and trading sessions
Users should verify prices directly with the platform or venue used to execute a transaction before making trading decisions.
6. Stock Tokens and Underlying Assets
A Stock Token may provide exposure linked to the value or economic performance of an underlying asset, but holding a Stock Token does not necessarily mean that the holder owns the underlying share directly.
Information about a Stock Token and information about its underlying equity are different types of information and should not be interpreted as identical.
Qoo Stock Token Toolkit is designed primarily to display Stock Token reference data and metadata relating to the Token and its on-chain infrastructure. It is not intended to provide underlying-equity trading data as a substitute for an equity market-data service.
Users are responsible for reviewing the rights, product structure, regulatory status, issuer terms, and platform conditions associated with a Stock Token before using or investing in the product.
7. On-chain Data and Oracle Information
Qoo Data Hub may read publicly available information from Robinhood Chain, Stock Token smart contracts, and Chainlink Price Feeds associated with supported Stock Tokens.
On-chain price data may involve more than one relevant timestamp, including:
- Oracle Updated Time — the time associated with the latest price update published by the relevant Price Feed
- Qoo Data Hub Fetch Time — the time when Qoo Data Hub most recently retrieved that on-chain information
These timestamps are not necessarily the same.
A recent Qoo Data Hub fetch does not necessarily mean that the Oracle or Price Feed published a new price at the same time.
Qoo Radar may display Oracle age or other freshness-related information to help users understand the timing of Reference Data, but does not guarantee that such information is real-time or suitable for use as an execution price.
Blockchain networks, smart contracts, Oracle systems, RPC infrastructure, and related technical services may experience delays, interruptions, or other availability limitations.
8. 1D Change and Historical Data
Qoo Data Hub may store Stock Token Reference Price observations in order to provide charts, price changes, and historical information.
1D Change may be calculated using the current Reference Price compared with a previous Reference Price or Reference Close stored by Qoo Data Hub according to its current methodology.
Where sufficient historical observations are not available, the system may omit 1D Change rather than estimate or create a value.
Historical Data:
- May only be available from the date on which Qoo Data Hub began collecting data under the current methodology
- May contain gaps where a blockchain network, Oracle, RPC infrastructure, or Qoo Radar system was unavailable
- May contain repeated values where the relevant Price Feed has not published a new price round
- Is not guaranteed to contain observations for every second or every time period
- May be aggregated into intervals such as 5 minutes, 1 hour, or 1 day
- May be subject to methodology changes or improvements over time
Qoo Radar seeks to avoid creating historical values without supporting observations and may instead display information as unavailable or missing.
Historical observations collected under different methodologies or from different sources may not be automatically combined as though they were one continuous dataset.
9. Third-Party Data Sources and Services
Qoo Radar may use or reference information and infrastructure from government agencies, companies, APIs, blockchain networks, oracles, RPC providers, research publications, databases, or other third-party services.
For Qoo Stock Token Toolkit, the external service contacted by the plugin is:
Qoo Data Hubhttps://api.qooradar.com
Qoo Data Hub is operated by Qoo Radar and provides supported Stock Token Reference Prices, on-chain metadata, historical observations, and related information to the plugin.
Qoo Stock Token Toolkit does not directly connect to Robinhood APIs, Robinhood Chain RPC endpoints, or Chainlink infrastructure.
To provide supported Stock Token data, Qoo Data Hub may read publicly available information from:
- Robinhood Chain
- Stock Token smart contracts
- Chainlink Price Feeds
- Blockchain node, RPC, network, or other technical infrastructure used to access public on-chain data
Rights in third-party data, trademarks, product names, and services remain with their respective owners.
References to Robinhood, Robinhood Chain, Chainlink, or any other person, company, product, or service do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, authorization, partnership, or other commercial relationship with Qoo Radar unless expressly stated.
Qoo Radar does not control and does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or continuity of blockchain networks, Oracle systems, RPC infrastructure, or other third-party services.
10. Service Availability
We seek to maintain reasonable availability of the Website, Qoo Data Hub, APIs, and software, but we do not guarantee that:
- Services will be continuously available without interruption
- Data will always update in real time
- Data will always be error-free, complete, or current
- Historical Data will be complete for every period
- Blockchain networks, Oracle systems, RPC infrastructure, or other third-party services will remain available
- Software will operate with every hosting environment, theme, plugin, browser, or configuration
- All features will remain permanently available without modification
Where a current data source is unavailable, the system may display previously stored information or data marked as delayed or stale rather than displaying an error.
We may update, maintain, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of the Services where reasonably necessary for operational, security, legal, provider-related, or development reasons.
11. Intellectual Property and Open Source Software
Unless otherwise stated, content created by Qoo Radar, including text, article structure, analysis, illustrations, charts, tables, design elements, databases created by Qoo Radar, the Qoo Radar name, and logos, is owned by Qoo Radar or used under applicable permission.

We may restrict, suspend, or block access where usage violates these Terms, creates abnormal system load, threatens security, or materially interferes with the Services or other users.
These restrictions are not intended to limit rights granted under an Open Source license for software itself. They apply to access to Qoo Radar servers, APIs, and infrastructure.
13. User-Submitted Content
If a Service allows users to submit comments, questions, feedback, or other content, users represent that they have the right to submit that content and that it does not:
- Violate privacy, copyright, intellectual property, or other rights
- Contain defamatory, threatening, deceptive, or unlawful material

The Website, articles, or tools may include links to third-party websites or services for reference, research, or additional functionality.

Users are responsible for evaluating risks, verifying information, and making their own decisions.
