- A recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or avoid any asset
- Personalized investment advice

The same information may therefore be suitable for one person and unsuitable for another.
3. No Offer or Solicitation
References to shares, securities, digital assets, tokens, Stock Tokens, projects, companies, funds, financial products, or business opportunities do not constitute:
- An offer to sell
- A solicitation to invest
- An endorsement of a project or operator
- Brokerage, agency, or representation
- Custody or management of user funds
Before entering into any transaction, users should independently review the relevant legal status, licenses, product structure, terms, risks, fees, liquidity, and counterparties.
4. Qoo Data Hub, APIs, and Software Tools
Qoo Radar may provide information and tools through Qoo Data Hub, APIs, WordPress plugins, and other software.
These Services may display information such as:
- Stock Token metadata
- Reference Prices
- On-chain metadata
- Token Contract Addresses
- Chainlink Price Feed information
- Multipliers
- Oracle update information
- Historical Price Series
- 1D Change where sufficient historical data is available
- Other information that Qoo Radar may introduce in the future
The current version of Qoo Stock Token Toolkit is a read-only information tool. It does not place trades, hold private keys, connect to user wallets, or sign transactions on behalf of users.
Information displayed through the software may depend on Qoo Data Hub, blockchain networks, Oracle systems, RPC infrastructure, caches, networks, or other third-party technical services and may at times be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or subject to technical errors.
5. Reference Prices and Market Data
Prices displayed through Qoo Radar, Qoo Data Hub, or Qoo Stock Token Toolkit are provided as Reference Prices for informational purposes.
A Reference Price is not a guaranteed execution price and does not represent a promise that an asset can be purchased or sold at the displayed price.
For supported Stock Tokens, Qoo Data Hub may read the Reference Price from the relevant Chainlink Price Feed available on Robinhood Chain.
Reference Prices may differ from prices displayed by an exchange, broker, issuer, trading venue, or data aggregator because of factors including:
- Different data sources or methodologies
- The time at which an Oracle or Price Feed was updated
- The time at which Qoo Data Hub retrieved the data
- Bid/Ask spreads and liquidity on the actual trading venue
- Caching or refresh intervals
- Trading sessions
- Calculation or aggregation methodology
Users should verify prices directly with the platform on which an actual transaction will be executed.
6. Stock Tokens and Underlying Shares
Stock Tokens and underlying shares are related but are not the same thing.
Holding a Stock Token does not automatically mean that the holder directly owns the underlying share. Rights associated with a Stock Token depend on the relevant product structure, issuer, platform, and applicable terms.
Reference Prices and on-chain metadata displayed by Qoo Stock Token Toolkit relate to the Stock Token and its associated on-chain infrastructure. They should not be interpreted as Bid, Ask, Trading Volume, or other trading data for the underlying share.
Users should review official issuer or platform documentation to understand the rights, structure, and conditions associated with a particular product.
7. On-chain Data and Oracle Information
Qoo Data Hub may read publicly available information from Robinhood Chain, Stock Token smart contracts, and Chainlink Price Feeds associated with supported Stock Tokens.
On-chain price data may involve more than one relevant timestamp, including:
- Oracle Updated Time — the time associated with the latest price update published by the relevant Price Feed
- Qoo Data Hub Fetch Time — the time when Qoo Data Hub most recently retrieved that on-chain information
These timestamps are not necessarily the same.
A recent Qoo Data Hub fetch does not necessarily mean that the Oracle or Price Feed published a new price at the same time.
Qoo Radar may display Oracle age or other freshness-related information to help users understand the timing of Reference Data, but does not guarantee that such information is real-time or suitable for use as an execution price.
Blockchain networks, smart contracts, Oracle systems, RPC infrastructure, and related technical services may experience delays, interruptions, or other availability limitations.
8. Historical Data and 1D Change
Qoo Data Hub may store Stock Token Reference Price observations in order to provide charts, Historical Data, and price-change information.
Such data may:
- Be available only from the date Qoo Data Hub began collecting data under the current methodology
- Contain gaps where a blockchain network, Oracle, RPC infrastructure, or Qoo Radar system was unavailable
- Contain repeated values where the relevant Price Feed has not published a new price round
- Be aggregated into intervals such as 5 minutes, 1 hour, or 1 day
- Not contain observations for every second or every time period
- Be subject to future methodology changes
1D Change may be calculated using a current Reference Price compared with a previous Reference Price or Reference Close stored by Qoo Data Hub according to the methodology in use at the relevant time.
Where sufficient historical observations are not available, the system may omit 1D Change rather than estimate or create a value.
Qoo Radar seeks to avoid creating historical values without supporting observations and may instead display data as unavailable where appropriate.
Historical observations collected under different methodologies or from different sources may not be automatically combined as though they were one continuous dataset.
9. Accuracy and Timeliness of Information
We seek to use reliable sources and exercise reasonable care when reviewing information, but we do not guarantee that all information will be accurate, complete, current, or error-free.
Information may change because of factors including:
- Changes in laws or regulations
- Company or government announcements
- Price and market movements
- Updates to protocols, APIs, or technology systems
- Security incidents
- Corrections by original data sources
- Service interruptions
- Events occurring after publication
Publication dates, update dates, and data timestamps should therefore be considered together with the information itself.
10. Third-Party Data and Services
Qoo Radar may reference or use information and infrastructure from government agencies, companies, research publications, databases, APIs, blockchain networks, oracles, RPC providers, and other third-party services.
For Qoo Stock Token Toolkit, the external service contacted by the plugin is:
Qoo Data Hubhttps://api.qooradar.com
Qoo Data Hub is operated by Qoo Radar and provides supported Stock Token Reference Prices, on-chain metadata, Historical Data, and related information to the plugin.
Qoo Stock Token Toolkit does not directly connect to Robinhood APIs, Robinhood Chain RPC endpoints, or Chainlink infrastructure.
To provide supported Stock Token data, Qoo Data Hub may read publicly available information from:
- Robinhood Chain
- Stock Token smart contracts
- Chainlink Price Feeds
- Blockchain node, RPC, network, or other technical infrastructure used to access public on-chain data
Qoo Radar does not guarantee that third-party information or services will always be accurate, neutral, available, or continuously provided.
References to Robinhood, Robinhood Chain, Chainlink, or any other person, organization, project, asset, or product do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, authorization, or a business relationship unless expressly stated.

All investments involve risk, including the possibility of losing some or all invested capital.
Digital assets, Tokenized Assets, and related technologies may involve additional risks including:
- Price volatility
- Limited liquidity

- Custodian, exchange, or issuer risk
- Changes in Tokenomics

13. Business and Revenue Opportunities
Articles that analyze business gaps, revenue models, or possible service opportunities are studies of potential opportunities based on available information.
They are not guarantees that a particular business will generate revenue or can legally or commercially operate in every jurisdiction or circumstance.
Actual outcomes depend on factors including:
- Execution capability
- Capital
- Costs
- Competition
- Market demand
- Customer acquisition
- Regulation and licensing
- Technology risk
- Timing of market entry
Entrepreneurs should conduct their own feasibility and legal analysis before implementing a business concept.
